How To Use Video Calling - maybe you are still confused about how to use either a video call when you're call via chat or when you call the woman you love. The following are 3 easy steps:
1. Optimize the video call experience:
* Bandwidth requirements: The minimum 128kbps upstream or downstream. For High Resolution, 384 kbps upstream or downstream bandwidth is recommended.
* Equipment: camera and microphone you need to work for you to get most of ooVoo. In ooVoo, go to File, Settings, and configure or test your equipment under the Camera or Audio Devices.
* Lighting: Because the camera is less sensitive to light than the human eye, it is important to have good lighting when using ooVoo. The most typical causes of poor video quality is the lack of light in your room. Try more turned on the lights, or move to an area where there is more light.
2. OoVoo video calls from:
* On the Contacts tab, you'll see a list of your friends. They must be online for a video call them.
* You have three choices to start a video call:
o Double click on the picture your friend.
o Click once on the icon for a video call to the right of the picture a friend, or
o After you highlight your friends photos, click on the Video Call icon on the bottom of ooVoo.
* Once in a Video Call
o If your friends ooVoo:
+ You can always add more friends at ooVoo video by clicking on the "Invite" tab at the top right corner of the video call window
o If you want video calls with friends who do not have ooVoo:
+ Click on the tab Web Video Call, email or text and Web Video Call ooVoo links to non-friends.
+ When they click on the link, they will join you walk Video Call from their web browser.
3. Add Call your friends who may not be near their computers:
* If in a video call, click on the "Invite" tab, then click on the little "Phone" tab, and dialed your friends.
